Transport infrastructure, electricity, and water supply in the project area; distance to the airport, seaport, railway, and road: Connecting to National Route 12C, 80 km from Dong Hoi Airport (Quang Binh), 120 km from Vinh Airport, and 60 km from Ha Tinh City, located in Vung Ang Economic Zone. Water is taken from Vung Ang Port’s water supply system, and electricity is taken from a 110 KV power grid.
